Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Just as good as it looks, this crispy buffalo chicken wrap blows any I’ve had at a restaurant out of the water!

Wraps are one of my favorite lunches. Easy to eat, and way more fun that some lunch meat between two slices of bread.

This wrap is crunchy on the outside and spicy + cheesy on the inside. Yes, please!

To prepare chicken breasts, remove/cut tendons from chicken, rinse, and cut into bite size pieces. Place in a nonstick or greased skillet on medium heat.

Cook until chicken is slightly browned, or the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees.

When chicken is cooked, place into a bowl. Place 1-2 tbsp buffalo sauce in the bowl with the chicken. Cover with a plate and shake to evenly coat in sauce.

Next, build your crispy buffalo chicken wrap!

Place tortilla onto a plate. Place lettuce (if desired) in the center. Add chicken, cheese, ranch, and any other desired toppings. .

To fold tortilla: take edge closest to you and fold forward away from you. Slightly push this piece snug to the toppings. Fold in the right and left edges of the tortilla. Roll the bulk of the wrap up, or fold the last piece down to finish your wrap.

To crisp the wrap, place back into skillet with a small amount of butter or oil. Brown each side as desired.

Enjoy!

What Kind Of Buffalo Sauce Should I Use?

If you’re on the east coast or live near a Hooter’s restaurant- I highly recommend grabbing some of their wing sauce at your local Kroger or Walmart!

Even if the restaurant isn’t your taste, I promise the wing sauce will be!

Other than Hooter’s, Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce would be my second choice for your crispy buffalo chicken wrap.

What Kind Of Tortilla Should I Use For My Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap?

That’s up to you! There are so many options these days- low carb, whole grain, spinach, the list goes on.

Whatever variety you grab, get the burrito size!

What Pairs Well With This Buffalo Chicken Wrap?

Need a side? I love to have coleslaw with my wraps!

Made with bagged mix and ingredients you probably already have sitting around the house, this coleslaw takes less time than the wrap itself.

If I don’t have coleslaw, I’ll grab some baked chips or dill pickles.
