Ingredients For Honey Butter Crack Corn
- 24 oz sweet corn
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/2 block cream cheese (4 oz) softened
How To Make Honey Butter Crack Corn
- Prepare corn per the directions on the bag, can, or by your preferred method. If boiled, ensure it is drained well before moving on to the next step. I steam my corn in the microwave, shown below.
- Add corn, butter, and cream cheese to a medium sized pot or skillet over medium heat. Stir often as the butter and cream cheese melt.
- Once melted, add salt and honey. Stir until well combined. Enjoy!
