The Frozen Peach Bellini

While this frozen version is close to the original recipe, the first Peach Bellini was invented in the late 1930s by Giuseppe Cipriani in Venice, Italy. He named the drink by its unique color, which reminded him of the toga of a figure in a painting by artist Giovanni Bellini. Who knew!

Other than it’s interesting history, this drink has more to offer. Peaches are a great source of vitamin C & A, low in calories, and free of sodium, cholesterol, and fat. With ice blended in, you’re also getting a little more hydration than you would with straight wine!

The thing that makes this Peach Bellini the easiest is my Ninja Blender. I know firsthand how much of a pain blending ice can be in some blenders- not the Ninja! This drink, and my other blended recipes are smooth in under 15 seconds.

My frozen protein smoothies, blended drinks, salsa, and more are no match for the Ninja System of Blenders!

How To Make A Frozen Peach Bellini

Full recipe card at bottom of page!

You’ll need:

  • 12 oz frozen peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups peach moscato (my preference) OR Prosecco/sparkling wine OR sparkling white grape juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sprite, optional

Throw all your ingredients in the blender and voila!

I garnished with additional peaches, and you could also add red or white sugar to the rim to get even fancier!

Have this by the pool, with a fancy Italian dinner, or on Bachelor Monday.

Find the recipe card below, and get ready for the best brain freeze you’ve ever had!
