Two Ingredient Dough Garlic Cheese Sticks

TWO Ingredient Dough? Seriously?

Self rising flour. Greek yogurt. That’s all you need. This dough is my FAVORITE!

What Do I Need For Two Ingredient Dough Garlic Cheese Sticks?

You’ll need:

  • self rising flour
  • greek yogurt
  • mozzarella cheese
  • butter
  • minced garlic
  • onion powder
  • parsley flakes
  • optional, Italian seasoning

How To Make Two Ingredient Dough Garlic Cheese Sticks?

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and greek yogurt with a rubber spatula. Finish making dough with floured hands, forming into a ball.
  3. Cover with a dish towel and let rise for 5 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in a small microwave safe bowl for 20-40 seconds, or until liquid.
  5. Add minced garlic to butter and stir to combine.
  6. After the dough has risen, press onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet in your desired shape.
  7. Using a spoon or brush, spread butter and garlic mixture over dough.
  8. Add mozzarella to evenly coat dough.
  9. Lightly dust with parsley flakes and garlic powder. Add Italian seasoning if desired.
  10. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Cook time will vary based on thickness of dough, so I recommend checking at 10 and adding time in increments. Broil cheese for 1-2 minutes if not browning.
  11. Slice and serve! Dip in marinara, ranch, or serve alone. Enjoy!

  • 1-2 cloves minced garlic (your preference)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • parsley flakes
  • garlic powder
